With our special selection interview training we help you prepare for the difficult airline selection interviews. No matter which airline you’ve applied to, an interview is always part of the selection process. When practicing the selection interview, we use the camera to help with your learning. Assessment Training

Is an assessment part of your selection process? Then we can help you with our specialized assessment training course. During the training course we will do several assignments, both group and one-on-one. Being able to practice with the trainers helps you to learn how to approach the assessment during your selection. We also offer Advise and Coaching.

We now have a special offer to get advise: a quick Zoom talk where you can talk to one of our trainers to discuss your challenges. This can be booked on very short notice so that we can give you some guidance quickly. Oftentimes a short coaching session helps you to feel more in control of the application process.

Do you want to get a training for a group at our or your location? We can offer that!

We can make a program that’s tailored especially for your group. Our job application training can cover these different phases of the selection process: cognitive tests, psychological examination, assessment and the job interview.

In consultation it is also possible to take the training in The Netherlands or abroad. Different rates may apply.
